Linkedsup Privacy Policy

Linkedsup is an AI Procurement CRM used to collect supplier profiles, RFQ requests, catalogues, certificates and commercial documents for procurement review.

Data we collect

We may collect company name, country, city, business direction, product categories, company type, contact person, email, phone, website, LinkedIn URL, certificates, export experience, incoterms, notes and uploaded supplier documents.

How we use data

Data is used only for supplier qualification, procurement communication, RFQ matching, document review, internal reporting and approval workflows.

Storage

Supplier records may be stored in the Linkedsup database, Google Sheets register and Google Drive archive. Access is limited to authorized procurement users.

LinkedIn

If LinkedIn publishing is connected, Linkedsup stores OAuth tokens securely in server environment configuration and uses them only to publish approved posts.
